We are all aware that the changing situation as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the fact that the subsequent required social distancing measures currently in place across the UK could have direct impacts on the ability of local communities and residents to access traditional pre-application consultation programmes solely reliant on public, face to face meetings and exhibitions.
Indeed the ability to conduct public drop-in sessions in a format that we all recognise may not be possible at any point during the next year or so. Therefore, consultation processes have to adapt to utilise digital, remote and online communications tools wherever possible to complement traditional engagement mechanisms such as posted leaflets and public drop-in events.
We are excited to add this 'Virtual Consultation' option to our existing capabilities to further strengthen our offering as the world adapts to life under social distancing measures.
A virtual exhibition of this nature would be able to incorporate any of the following and is fully customisable to the project or clients' needs:
- Full screen clickable display boards
- Full screen clickable video showing films/animation
- Interactive maps showing the proposed site
- Downloadable information leaflets/documents and consultation/EIA materials
- Digital guest sign in (GDPR compliant)
- Digital feedback form (GDPR compliant)
- Live chat options with members of the project team
Delivered through our partner agency epls design, we have a range of options to suit all requirements for a digital consultation solution that can be incorporated into your consultation and engagement strategy.
